Tenant and Contractor Relations: Maintain positive relationships with tenants and contractors.
Address tenant inquiries and coordinate with contractors for necessary work.
Ensure base building systems are not altered or damaged and that building codes are followed.
Obtain estimates and quotations for proposed work.
Property Maintenance: Conduct daily property inspections and perform predictive and preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment.
Ensure life safety systems operate efficiently.
Issue Resolution: Identify, rectify, and manage general maintenance issues to ensure a safe and functional environment.
Work Orders and Repairs: Manage preventive maintenance and address tenant requests.
Perform basic plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and miscellaneous repairs.
Contractor Coordination: Schedule and oversee third-party contractors to ensure timely completion of work.
Seasonal Support: Assist with seasonal building maintenance needs and requirements.
After-Hours Emergencies: Respond to after-hours emergency situations Adherence to Procedures: Communicate and adhere to all work procedures and guidelines set out by management.
Additional Duties: Complete other duties and projects as required to support property operations.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with property management systems and maintenance procedures.
Valid driver’s license.
