Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production and packaging equipment (softgel, capsule, tablet, powder, liquid, gummy, packaging) to ensure reliability and minimize downtime. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical failures, develop solutions, and implement repairs promptly. Collaborate closely with production, quality, and engineering teams to improve equipment efficiency and safety. Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Maintain detailed maintenance records and report on equipment performance. Lead or assist in the installation, commissioning, and calibration of new equipment. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. 2+ years of experience in mechanical maintenance within manufacturing, preferably in food, beverage, or supplement production. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, automated machinery, electrical motors, pumps, and conveyor systems. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and schematics. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and safety standards is highly desirable. Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) and English, with strong communication skills to interact with multilingual teams.
