Supervise daily operations of children’s play zones, ensuring a safe and engaging environment. Lead educational tours and interactive sessions, simulating astronaut training experiences. Engage with children through play, storytelling, and hands-on activities that promote learning. Monitor children’s behavior, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and center guidelines. Collaborate with the programming team to develop and implement educational activities and events. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, providing updates on children’s experiences. Train and mentor junior staff and volunteers, fostering a cohesive team environment.
- 招聘技能需求
Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Mandarin, Farsi, or Ukrainian is considered an asset. Minimum of 1 year experience in a supervisory role within a childcare, educational, or recreational setting. Background in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or related field preferred; ECE certification is advantageous. Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for working with children. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required. Current First Aid and CPR certification is preferred.
