? Provide comprehensive administrative support to executive leadership, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements ? Manage expense claims for all corporate credit cards including making purchases and reconciling for billing/payment ? Create and maintain company organizational chart ? Arrange complex travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness. ? Control courier service ? Order office supplies ? Miscellaneous requests from the Management Team ? Maintain inbox and calendar for Executive Team (scheduling appointments personal/professional and providing reminders as needed) ? Edit PowerPoint presentations ? Work with sensitive information and maintain confidentiality ? Receive all incoming mail taking notice of required actions and due dates to ensure timeliness of response and required actions
? 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role ? Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively ? Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment ? Excellent verbal and written communication skills ? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) ? Ability to handle confidential information with discretion ? Detail oriented and proactive, with a problem-solving mindset ? Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is an asset.
