Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office Manage scheduling, meetings, and appointments Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and correspondence Maintain and organize digital and physical filing systems Prepare reports, presentations, and data, as needed Manage office supplies inventory Assist with onboarding and document management for new employees Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, or travel arrangements
Permanent Resident or Canadian Citizen or work permit Must be fluent in Mandarin and English Must have strong communication skills (written and verbal) Must be positive and eager to learn Must be a team player Fluent in Cantonese is an asset Customer services or office experience is an asset College diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant is an asset Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
